Staying here now, our room is right next to the service elevator, you can imagine how peaceful that is. Our room is also very small for the 4 of us. We have stayed here before and had a really great room last time. Plus they charged me an extra $90 for incidentals before I even walked in the room, what??

I loved the Doubletree by Hilton (Bloomington, IL). The front desk person was super friendly and personable. The big warm cookies at check-in are delicious and a fun little perk. The lobby is large and modern. The room was also spacious, modern, and sleek with comfortable beds. I appreciated the in-room coffee maker with tea as well. Also worth mentioning are the 24/7 fitness room with steam room, the pool, and nice courtyard. Absolutely would recommend a stay here, wish we had been staying longer ourselves!

Large hotel, I had a nice large comfortable room. Comfortable bed and clean linens. Big screen tv. Internet was slow and not the usual that I experienced in other Hilton properties. Huge parking lots but most blocked off and posted closed. Had to park so far from an accessible door, and with rain it was not professional. 60 yards to nearest cars make this as something amiss. Front desk gave poor direction to correct elevators. Honors Lounge has nice people but not open as times posted..

I hadn’t been in a large hotel tower in a while and I travel almost every week. First thing that got my attention was the parking or distance from the door. I’m so glad it was summer! Another was that they recognized my preference of room placement. However a room over the pool isn’t my ideal floor as a Hilton member I’d rather awaken to the sun than the roof over the pool. I didn’t eat there but I did use the business center which was kinda small and inconspicuous considering the size of the lobby.

My family had a great stay here. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and pleasant. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, we walked into a web of hair on the shower wall from the previous guests. Otherwise I would’ve rated it 5 stars. We had a room on the first floor next to the pool. The kids loved it and my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. Excellent location close to the highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. 10-15 minute drive to MOA. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stay here.
